This Term, the children are being introduced to our Media Initiative puppet friends. The programme is an excellent attribute in the promotion of ‘The World Around Us’ area of the Pre School curriculum; in providing the children with opportunities to learn about culture, family dynamics and positive attitudes surrounding differences. We are delighted this year to roll out our ‘take home’ element of the programme in that children take home one of our puppet friends for a weekend to join in with all of the family adventures! It has been wonderful reading the diary entries so far and I must say, the puppets have incredibly eventful, fun-packed weekends! It’s a puppet’s life for sure!
