As part of outdoor play, the children have been exploring the story ‘Bog Baby’. Ms Mulhern read the story about Bog Baby – a creature that 2 sisters discover in a magical pond and they take it home and keep a secret not to tell! But then the sisters realise that the Bog Baby is much happier in it’s magical pond and return it! The children made their very own Bog Baby’s and other wonderful creations such as a burger, smoothie, a present, cupcakes and yucky pie using a range of loose parts as part of messy play!
